Mark E. Clement, OD

DR Clement completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Slippery Rock University and was awarded the degree Doctor of Optometry following four years at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

While at PCO, he was both President of his class (1995-1997) and a Vice President of the Gold Key Optometric Leadership Society in 1997 and 1998.

In 2000, DR Clement began practicing in Downtown Pittsburgh. In 2001, the new, state of the art facility was opened on the first floor of Gateway Center to provide the highest quality care and convenience to patients.

DR Clement lives in the North Hills with his wife Elizabeth and their son Lukas Patrick Harry and daughter Laura Margaret Jo.

Myhanh C. Dang, OD

DR Dang completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at Washington and Jefferson College and was awarded the degree Doctor of Optometry following four years at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

In 2000, DR Dang began practicing in Downtown Pittsburgh as well as providing care to residents of local nursing homes. In 2001, the new, state of the art facility was opened on the first floor of Gateway Center to provide the highest quality care and convenience to patients.

DR Dang lives with her husband Brian in Murrysville. The couple have a new British Bulldog puppy and are expecting their first child in June 2010.

Mr. Richard Hatcher

Gateway Eye is excited to have Richard in our office. Richard is a student completing his college prerequisites for entry to Optometry school in the Fall of 2009, and he is excited to meet and assist you with your eye care and eyewear needs.

Mrs. Becky Heffner

Becky began at Gateway Eye Associates in December 2008 as Patient Care Coordinator. Her extensive experience in both public relations and healthcare services have allowed Becky to advance to her current position as Wellness Coordinator and Head of Administration. Becky truly enjoys working with people and is your contact for all community outreach programs as well as all of your billing and insurance questions.

Outside of Gateway Eye Becky spends time volunteering in her community, scrapbooking, and watching movies. She is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children: Aaron Daniel was born 11/24/09.

Ms. Autumn Magiske

Autumn is our patient care coordinator and will assist you with all of your scheduling needs.

Ms. Kimberly O'Malley

Kim has been with Gateway Eye Associates as our ophthalmic assistant and contact lens technician for over 6 years after over 7 years of previous experience as a receptionist and ophthalmic assistant.

When Kim isn't here at Gateway Eye you can find her enjoying her nieces and nephew as well as her cat "kasey".

Ms. Theresa A. Skovran

Theresa is Gateway Eye Associates' professional eyewear stylist. Theresa has many years of fashion experience in the jewelry industry and loves seeing the smiles of people who love their new looks. In addition to her years of fashion experience Theresa also has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Point Park University.

When Theresa isn't enjoying your smiles she spends all of her free time with her two young daughters: Shaylee and Alexis.
